Director, Resource & Communications

Primary Function: Responsible for all communication and resource-related functions of Lift To Rise, as directed by CEO. Resource acquisition and management are to be conducted in a manner that fully supports Lift To Rise’s mission, vision, and values. Responsible for grant-related research, relationships, applications, reporting, and communications. This position is located in the Coachella Valley (Palm Desert, CA).

Implementation Manager

Primary Function: Responsible for supporting 3 Lift to Rise Collaborative Action Networks (CANs), comprised of cross-sector partners focusing on improving specific outcomes in health, housing and social connectedness. Assist CAN with identifying strategies related to key priority outcomes and contributing indicators, as well as supporting the development and implementation of CAN action plan.
