Lift to Rise
Our Impact

Lift to Rise and its diverse partner network are radically reducing rent burden in the Coachella Valley through the production of 10,000 new affordable homes. We’re driving production on ready projects through policy solutions, flexible lending with our catalyst fund, and the active participation of more than 70 partners and more than 1,700 residents.

Driven by community willpower and anchored in resident experiences and regionally specific data, the Action Plan is the shared strategy of more than 70 partners convened by Lift to Rise. It is our road map, guiding our coalition as we address high housing costs in every part of the Coachella Valley.
